We have a 14-day return policy for defective full-priced goods only. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for products that are not defective as we do not re-sell returned goods. Returned goods must be unused and returned in its received condition, with original label and packaging intact. Do also note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do I return an item?
- Do drop us an email at email@example.com, fronting <RETURNS> in subject line.
- State the reason for return, your order number, as well as attach a photo of the defect on the product.
- Once we've reviewed your case, we will request for you to mail the item back to us. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs for return of items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Upon receiving the product, a refund will be issued in the payment mode paid.
